I have been made redundant 3 times by 3 separate tech firms 🤯

It’s amazing to see tech salaries reaching new heights - €155k on average is incredible, and long may it continue! 💰
But as someone who’s been made redundant 3 times by 3 separate tech firms, I also have to ask: is it really worth it? 🤯
That number doesn’t account for the stress and anxiety I put myself and my family through 3 times!
