What happens after I purchase a course?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in to your account on our platform. From there, you can click on your course and start learning instantly. You will have ongoing access to the course materials for as long as you signed up to the platform usually annually.
What happens if I lose my log in details?

Can I access the courses on my mobile device or tablet?
Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and designed to work on all major devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You can learn on the go as long as you have a stable internet connection

- Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the URhired.ie website and services ("the Platform"), which is operated by URhired.ie, a company registered in Ireland with company number 722170 and having its registered office at6 Fern Road, Sandyford, Dublin, D18FP98, Phone ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform. - Definitions
- "Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, and other materials available on the Platform.
- "Course(s)" means the educational content and materials offered for purchase or access on the Platform.
- "User," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
- "Consumer" has the meaning given in the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.
- User Accounts
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information and inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 16, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Course Access and Licences
- Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Course(s) you purchased for your personal, non-commercial use.
- This licence is granted only for the duration of the Course's availability on the Platform.
- You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, or otherwise make the Content available to any third party.
- Fees, Payment, and Cancellation
- All fees for Courses are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
- We use third-party payment processors. All payment information is handled by them and is subject to their terms and privacy policy.
- Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period): As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a Course and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided you have not started downloading or streaming the Course content.
- If you begin to access the Course before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
- Refund Policy: Beyond the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be given unless required under Irish consumer law.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of ours or any third party.
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform.
- Intellectual Property
All Content on the Platform, including Course materials, trademarks, and logos, is the property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors and is protected by Irish and international copyright and intellectual property laws. - Data Protection and Privacy
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our processing will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 2018-2024. - Limitation of Liability
- The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
- To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
